This was many years ago but gives an idea of the scale of Eugene's designs. It was filmed on location in far north Queensland. After Tales of The South Seas, Eugene designed several television series and telemovies mainly filmed on the Gold Coast, such as Reef Doctors, Elephant Princess, Lightning Point, H20, Mako Mermaids, Sisters Of War and Parer's War. Some of those showreel slideshows featuring sets and locations are shown below.
Eugene was also an Art Director on Aquaman, Thor Ragnarok, Monster Problems, Dora And The Lost City Of Gold, Kong - Skull Island, Daybreakers, Ghost Rider, Stealth, Terra Nova, Roar, Sahara, In Persuit Of Honour, Time Trax, Mission Impossible tv series....
